Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed his intention to stay at Al-Nassr and sign a new contract with the club.
Ronaldo’s future has been uncertain as he approaches the end of his deal with the Saudi side.

The 40-year-old had been linked with a surprise move to Saudi Pro League rivals Al-Hilal, ahead of their participation at this summer’s Club World Cup.
Ronaldo revealed earlier this week that he had received several proposals from Club World Cup sides ahead of the tournament, but suggested he would not play at the tournament.
Speaking after captaining Portugal to UEFA Nations League success on Sunday, Ronaldo confirmed his intent to sign a new contract with Al-Nassr.

“My future? Basically nothing is gonna change,” he said.
When asked directly if he would be staying at Al-Nassr, Ronaldo added: “Yes”.
Ronaldo has scored 99 goals in 111 games since joining Al-Nassr from Manchester United in December 2022. He has finished as the leading scorer in the Saudi Pro League in each of the last two seasons.
This month, the Portugal captain scored in the semi-final and final as Portugal won the Nations League. Roberto Martinez’s side beat Spain on penalties on Sunday, after a 2-2 draw in Germany. Portugal have become the first country to win the Nations League twice, after becoming inaugural winners in 2019.
