Conte admits Man City have no weaknesses

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has revealed his admiration for runaway Premier League leaders Man City ahead of his sides trip to the Etihad on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola’s side have been in sensational form this season, playing some of the best attacking football the English game has ever seen.

Speaking to the press ahead of their Super Sunday showdown, Conte has also admitted that City are so good that he is struggling to find any weaknesses in their game.

“I think we must have a great admiration for this team,”

“They are on a fantastic path this season. It’s very difficult to find a weakness in this team. I think that when you work very well, and there’s great feeling between the manager and the club, you can work the way you want.

“They have the possibility to spend a lot of money too, and when you link the two situations of a good manager, money to spend and the same ambition, this is the final result. They seem unstoppable.

“It’s very difficult. We have to try find them, if there are, and to try work on these weaknesses. It’s not simple. But we have to try and find the best way to face this game.”

“I think the most important thing in every game is to have a tactical plan offensively and defensively. It will be very important not to lose the balance.” The 48-year-old said.

City currently sit 16 points clear at the top of the Premier League, and again demonstrated their brilliance during their 3-0 mauling of Arsenal at the Emirates last night.

Chelsea go into Sunday’s fixture in fifth position in the table, two points behind fourth placed Spurs. Despite, admitting how good City are, Conte will be aware that his team will be in serious trouble of missing out on the top four this season, if they do not come away from the Etihad with at least a point this weekend.
