Christian Pulisic is expected to finalise his move from Chelsea to AC Milan today with the winger set to undergo a medical at the Italian side.
Pulisic will land in Milan on Wednesday morning and will complete medical tests ahead of signing a four-year contract with the Serie A side.
Milan have agreed a fee in the region of £20m with Chelsea for the 24-year-old, whose contract in west London was set to expire next summer.
Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Pulisic’s transfer will be completed today as the winger looks to move on from a frustrating period in the Premier League.
Pulisic made just eight league starts for Chelsea last season and has struggled for consistent form and fitness since an encouraging debut campaign at Stamford Bridge. He will depart at a significant financial loss, after signing for Chelsea in a £58m deal from Borussia Dortmund in 2019.
The USA international will become Milan’s second recruit from Chelsea this summer after the Rossoneri completed the signing of midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek earlier in the transfer window.
