Chelsea are to make a £15m move for Swansea City striker Fernando Llorente according to reports.
The Blues were linked with the Spaniard back in January, but were unable to secure a deal, but now, the Telegraph are reporting that they could make a late move to sign the striker as they prepare a £15m bid.
The 32-year-old has previously worked under the current Chelsea boss Antonio Conte during their respective time at Juventus, where the striker made 92 appearances, scoring 27 goals.
Swansea are reportedly close to re-signing Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony, and while they are still reluctant to let Llorente go, having a ready made replacement could give the prompt them to grant the striker his wish.
One final opportunity to play in the Champions League is thought to be too much of a good opportunity for the former Athletic Bilbao and Sevilla striker to turn down.
He has yet to make an appearance for Swansea this season after breaking his arm in a freak incident while riding his bike this summer.
