Chelsea’s club record signing Alvaro Morata has been spotted having a meeting with a officials from Juventus as speculation around his future at the club persists.
Morata only moved to the former Premier League champions last summer, making a £58 million move from Real Madrid, but endured a torrid debut season in English football. Having started the season in good form, the goals dried up for the Spain international, who finished the campaign with just 15 goals to his name from his 48 appearances.
It is thought that the 25-year-old is already looking to end his spell in England, with AC Milan and Juventus keen on signing the Spanish striker, although he would personally prefer a return to the Italian Champions, where he previously enjoyed two successful seasons.
While players are often spotted out and about during the summer, Morata and his agent were spotted with Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici outside the five star Hotel Palazzo Parigi in Milan, prompting further speculation of a possible deal.

Chelsea could be willing to cash in on the misfiring striker providing they can recoup the majority of the fee they paid last summer, and are already looking at potential replacements.
The Blues, who finished the season in fifth and outside of the Champions League places, have been linked with the likes of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich and Manchester United’s Anthony Martial among their targets.
Chelsea are highly likely to be sacking Antonio Conte, with one of their potential replacements Maurizio Sarri having become available after being let go by Napoli, despite finishing second in Serie A.
