Eden Hazard is ready to push through a move to Real Madrid after growing frustrated at Chelsea according to reports.
The Belgian has been linked with a move to the Spanish capital for a number of years, and has publicly declared his interest in working with Zinedine Zidane at some stage in his career.
Hazard has grown frustrated in recent weeks after being played as a central striker by Antonio Conte during recent games against Barcelona and Manchester City. Following the draw with Barcelona last week, Hazard stated that he did not enjoy playing through the middle, before voicing his displeasure with Conte’s tactics following the abject defeat to City on Sunday.
While he has previously claimed that he is happy at Stamford Bridge, the Daily Mail now claim that the winger is ready to stall on the offer of a new contract and will agitate for a move in the summer in the hope that Real Madrid will make a move.
The defeat to Manchester City, combined with results elsewhere, have seen Chelsea slide five points behind fourth placed Tottenham, and facing an uphill battle to qualify for next seasons Champions League.
Real Madrid meanwhile have also had a very disappointing campaign, currently sitting 15 points behind their bitter rivals Barcelona in La Liga. They have been tipped to have a massive overhaul of personnel, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema all having being linked with leaving the Bernabeu.
