Chelsea are ready to pull out of a potential deal to sign Real Madrid playmaker Isco according to reports this morning.
The West London club have been linked with making a move for the Spain international after he has surprisingly fallen down the pecking order at the Bernabeu under Santiago Solari.
Isco has made just 11 league appearances for Los Blancos this season, with some saying that the 26-year-old is carrying too much weight
It had been claimed that the Blues were keen to sign him for in excess of £70 million, with Chelsea willing to pay the midfielder more than £250,000-a-week, although recent reports have said that PSG have joined the race.
Now, according to The Sun, PSG’s interest has seen Isco up his wage demands, which has seen Chelsea left questioning his desire to move to the club.
They claim that Chelsea are now ready to pull out of the deal due to the spiralling costs, leaving manager Maurizio Sarri disappointed having planned to pair him with Eden Hazard in the Blues’ attack.
