Chelseas summer transfer plans have been dealt a blow after one of their main summer targets has declared he is not moving.
AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has publically stated that he will not be leaving the Italian club this summer.
Chelsea had made Nainggolan their top transfer target, reportedly making numerous bids for the Belgian.
Nainggolan said:
Will i stay in Roma? Yes I will remain here.
Chelsea could now turn their attention to Leicester City’s tough tackling midfield sensation, N’Golo Kante.
