Jamie Carragher believes Liverpool fans shouldn’t panic after seeing Manchester City replace Jurgen Klopp’s side at the top of the Premier League.
However, Carragher believes Liverpool’s rock solid defence – they have conceded just 15 goals this season – is a real positive ahead of the run in.
”I don’t think there should be massive panic for Liverpool after today or this week’s games because they don’t look like conceding a goal – that’s back,” Carragher told Sky Sports.
”It was there in the first half of the season and that is now five clean sheets on the bounce.”
The goalless draw at Goodison Park was Liverpool’s fourth draw in their past six league fixtures, and Klopp’s side next host Burnley on Sunday before their Champions League last-16 second leg with Bayern Munich in Germany.
