Brighton & Hove Albion travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday with their confidence restored after a stunning 6-0 Carabao Cup victory in midweek.

That result was a welcome boost for Fabian Hurzeler’s side, who have struggled for consistency in the Premier League this season and currently sit 14th in the table.

The Seagulls will be looking to improve on a poor away record that has seen them lose their last two league games on the road. They have a good recent head-to-head record against Chelsea, winning three of the last six meetings. However, their defensive frailties, having kept just one clean sheet in 17 league games, will be a major concern against a strong Chelsea attack.
