Marcelo Bielsa insists Leeds ‘have to win every game’ after seeing his side return to the top of The Championship with a 3-0 win at Reading on Tuesday night.
Two goals from Pablo Hernandez and one from Mateusz Klich helped Leeds to a convincing with at the Madejski Stadium, lifting Bielsa’s side above Norwich at the top of the division.
The Canaries have a chance to move back to the top when they host Hull City on Wednesday, and despite being happy with the result Bielsa insists is side must continue to win as they seek a return to the Premier League.
“It was a fair result, we could have scored more goals and conceded a goal,” Bielsa told BBC Radio Leeds.
“In spite of the difference in the result the team was faithful to the style. We played an opponent that has dangerous offensive players.
“If you look at the table, you only can reach the conclusion we have many games to play and taking this into account, we have to win every game.
“Or at least, we have to try to win each game because it will be indispensible.”
