Barcelona travel to Sevilla this Sunday looking to maintain their excellent record over the Andalusians in LaLiga.
It’s been a full decade since Sevilla last tasted victory over Barça in the Primera Division, losing 15 of their last 19 meetings in the competition.
Hansi Flick’s side head into the contest hoping to hold onto their place at the top of the table, while the hosts aim to boost their standing as they currently sit ninth.

In goal, Marc-André ter Stegen remains out while he recovers from back surgery, and Joan García is also unavailable while he undergoes knee surgery. As a result, Wojciech Szczęsny is set to continue in net for the visiting side.
The midfield is without Gavi, who is still working back from a knee operation and isn’t projected to return before early next year. Fermín López is also missing with a hip injury, adding to Flick’s selection challenges. On a brighter note, Alejandro Balde has shaken off his hamstring issue and rejoined full training, featuring in the recent Champions League clash with PSG as a substitute.
Meanwhile, Eric García’s prospects at Barcelona appear limited under Flick, with reports suggesting the club may look to part ways with the defender as he has struggled to secure minutes.
