Barcelona make a move for Claudio Bravo replacement

Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo looks set to be heading to Manchester City this summer to replace Joe Hart, and his current club have already made a move to sign his replacement.

Barcelona have made a £10million bid for Ajax goalkeeper Jasper Cillesen.

The goalkeeper was the Netherlands first choice keeper at the 2014 World Cup under former Barcelona and Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal, helping guide his country to the semi-finals.

Bravo has already agreed terms with Manchester City, but will be refused the opportunity to join up with Pep Guardiola and his new team until the La Liga champions have signed a replacement.

Joe Hart has been given a similar scenario at Manchester City despite being dropped to the bench for the club’s first two competitive matches this season.
