Cardiff’s Sol Bamba said that every point in the Premier League is massive after The Bluebirds managed to get a 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace today.
Neil Warnock’s side earned a hard-fought point at Selhurst Park and Bamba felt Cardiff got what they deserved from the game.
“Everyone put a shift in, it was a great performance. This is a tough place to come and every point in the Premier League is massive so we’re happy,’’ Bamba told Sky Sports.
“Result like that (Palace beating Man City) gives you a massive boost and they were coming back home.
“We started slow but grew into the game and I think we matched them. Overall, I think we deserved a point.
“The next game we’ll try to get three points so we’ll try to build on that and go again.”
Cardiff are 17th in the Premier League, three points above the relegation zone, after today’s result.
Warnock’s side plays Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday before welcoming Spurs to Wales on New Year’s Day.
