Aubameyang puts Premier League clubs on red alert!

Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has put Premier League clubs on red alert by claiming he is considering his future away from the club.

Aubameyang has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga club for a number of years, but so far a move has not been forthcoming.

However, speaking to Radio Montecarlo Italy, the Gabon international said:

“I am still reflecting on whether I should leave or not.

“This club and these fans are incredible, but if I want to grow, I feel I need to leave.

“This is the question I keep on asking myself — and I don’t have an answer.

“I need time to think about it. If I want to grow, I surely need to leave this summer.

“I am 27 and I need to grow.

“If I leave, it will only be somewhere I would play regularly.”

The striker has been linked with a move to a number of Premier League clubs over the last few years, including Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool. He is also thought to be attracting attention from AC Milan, although have already signed Andre Silva and Nikola Kalinic this summer as they continue to splash the cash.

Aubameyang is thought to be valued at around £60-£70million.
