Arsenal have slapped a £20m price tag on the head of midfielder Jack Wilshere.
The England international was once billed as one of the next big things in the game, but a series of injuries which have dogged his career have seen him fall down the pecking order for the Gunners.
He was shipped out on loan last season to AFC Bournemouth where he managed to make 27 appearances for the Cherries, the highest number of appearances since making 35 for Arsenal back in 2013/14 season. His 27 appearances for Bournemouth was also the exact same amount as in the previous three seasons combined for Arsenal.
West Ham are believed to be interested in signing the midfielder, who recently tweeted his approval at the Hammers signing of Joe Hart from Manchester City.

However, he won’t be allowed to leave the Emirates on the cheap, after Arsenal slapped a £20m price tag on his head, according to the Daily Star.
Arsenal have already rejected one bid for Wilshere, with Italian club Sampdoria lodging a very cheeky bid of £6m.
