Arsenal and Everton are eyeing a move for £35m-rated Ajax winger David Neres.
The Brazilian has made a huge impact in Ajax’s run to the Champions League quarter-finals, scoring a superb goal in their 1-1 draw with Juventus in the first leg of their last eight tie.
The 22-year-old’s form has attracted the interest of clubs around Europe, with Borussia Dortmund having seen a bid rejected for the player in January as they brace for summer interest in England international Jadon Sancho.
According to the Telegraph, Premier League duo Arsenal and Everton have already held talks over a summer move, while Manchester United and Chelsea are also believed to be monitoring the wide man, in spite of the Blues impending transfer embargo.
The report claims that Ajax are likely to hold out for a fee in the region of £35m for the player, though hope the increasing level of interest surrounding the former Sao Paulo winger can lead to a bidding war.
