Arsenal and Manchester City are ready to battle it out for Paris Saint-Germain starlet Yacine Adli according to reports in France.

The 17-year-old is one of Paris Saint-Germain’s hottest prospects and has been described as ‘France’s Ryan Sessegnon’, although Adli predominantly plays in central midfield whereas the Fulham starlet plays as a left-back or left winger.

Born in 2000, Adli has come through the youth academy at PSG but is yet to make a first team appearance for Les Parisiens and with midfielder yet to sign professional terms with the Ligue 1 giants, it is thought that Europe’s top sides are now lurking.

According to L’Equipe, Arsenal and Manchester City are chasing Adli and want to bring him to England.

The Premier League pair have been alerted to the fact the teenager could be signed for just a small compensation fee of around £250,000 this summer.

However, there is also interest from the length and breadth of Europe with Barcelona and Bayern Munich also thought to be keeping tabs on the youngster.
