Al-Hilal have scheduled direct talks with Chelsea to discuss the transfer of Pedro Neto this week.
The Saudi Pro League side are pushing to sign the Portuguese international, who has given his approval to a potential move to the club. Al-Hilal have submitted a lucrative contract offer to the 26-year-old, who is open to a move to the Saudi Pro League.
The Saudi side will now look to reach an agreement with Chelsea on a fee. Chelsea are understood to value Neto at around £60m and will use Crysencio Summerville’s move from West Ham to Al-Hilal earlier this summer as a gauge.
Neto scored 10 goals in 52 games last season for the West Londoners, but Xabi Alonso’s preferred 3-4-3 system has reduced the need for out-and-out wingers. As a result, Chelsea are ready to cash-in if Al-Hilal meet their asking price for Neto.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that the two clubs will hold fresh talks this week to thrash out a potential deal.
Former Wolves winger Neto joined Chelsea for £51.3m in 2025 and has made 103 appearances for the club across two seasons.
Manchester City had also been linked with Neto as a replacement for Savinho, who is pushing for a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
