AC Milan are in negotiations with Chelsea over a deal to sign Christian Pulisic, who is valued at around โฌ25m.
Pulisic is out of contract next summer and free to leave Chelsea during the current transfer window, having struggled for form and fitness last season.
The USA international is understood to be keen on an exit and is open to a move to AC Milan, who have began negotiations with Chelsea over a potential deal.
The Rossoneri have already agreed a deal with Chelsea for midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek and will step up their pursuit of team-mate Pulisic in the coming days. Fabrizio Romano is reporting that the deals will be separate, but Milan will push for a deal for Pulisic.
Stefano Pioli’s side are reportedly unwilling to meet the current asking price of โฌ25m (ยฃ21.5m) for a player who will be available as a free agent next summer however, with discussions ongoing as the two clubs look to reach an agreement on a fee.
Pulisic signed for Chelsea in a ยฃ58m deal from Borussia Dortmund in 2019 and scored 11 goals during an encouraging first season in the Premier League.
He has since struggled to replicate that return and scored just once in 30 appearances across all competitions in 2022/23.
