Florian Wirtz has once again been named on the bench as Liverpool take on Manchester United in the Premier League this afternoon.Â
Arne Slot has made no changes to the starting lineup that lost to Chelsea before the October international break, with Dominik Szoboszlai picked ahead of the German playmaker for a second week running.
Wirtz, who joined the Reds from Bayer Leverkusen this past summer in a deal worth up to £116 million, received the backing of his manager this week, but has not been trusted from the first whistle for the visit of United.
Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim has opted start Matheus Cunha up top instead of Benjamin Sesko.
