Newcastle face one of the teams they’re bidding to catch this weekend. Nottingham Forest have exceeded all expectations to sit third in the table and are targeting Champions League football.
Their form has been fired by ex-Newcastle forward Chris Wood, who has hit 18 league goals during a career-best campaign. However, two defeats in their last three have seen Forest dip of late and just six points separate them from eighth-placed Newcastle.
