Antonio Conte is light of options in attack. Romelu Lukaku is still sidelined and Rasmus Hojlund picked up a thigh issue in training. Lorenzo Lucca is likely to be given the nod at centre-forward, despite his red card in the midweek embarrassment at PSV Eindhoven.
Napoli also remain without midfield metronome Stanislav Loboktka, while Alex Meret and Amir Rrahmani also remain in the treatment room.
Matteo Politano will hope to continue his impressive record against his old side, with the ex-Inter winger having netted three times against them since leaving the San Siro.
