It was another miserable away day for Everton after they became the first side ever to lose against Sean Dyche’s Burnley side having taken the lead in the Premier League.
Cenk Tosun scored his first goal for the club in the first half, but second half goals from Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood helped the Clarets grab their first win in 11 games, causing Everton fans to turn on manager Sam Allardyce.
The first signs of discontent came when the former England boss decided to replace goalscorer Tosun with Oumar Niasse, prompting the fans into a rendition of “F*ck off Sam Allardyce”.
Then, his decision to replace club record signing Gylfi Sigurdsson with Yannick Bolasie in the 83rd minute, fans were heard singing “You’re getting sacked in the morning” before moving on to chant, “You’re just a fat, greedy b*stard”.
At full time, fans were heard booing Allardyce as he trudged off the pitch

Fans then took to social media to continue venting their frustrations about Big Sam, with #AllardyceOut trending on twitter.

Three positives from that: 1) Three-match ban for Williams. 2) One game closer to Allardyce being binned off. 3) Tosun getting a start and scoring his first goal.

This is a bold statement, but Sam Allardyce is the worst, most unlikeable Everton manager I’ve ever had the misfortune to see. The attempted Schneiderlein substitution epitomises the man, likewise his exit straight down the tunnel at the end.

We get taken over by a billionaire and 2 years later Sam Allardyce is our manager and Ashley Williams is captain #efc pic.twitter.com/uSt6cLj24v

Now we've pissed away points at Burnley and Watford, we're in a worse position now than before Allardyce took over, starting to slide back towards the zone after todays results, we can't beat shit #efc
