Aston Villa head to leaders Arsenal this evening in a top-of-the table Premier League clash.
Villa arrive in North London in record-breaking form. The Villans, under the management of ex-Arsenal boss Unai Emery, have equalled a club record last achieved in 1914 with 11 consecutive wins in all competitions.
That run includes eight straight Premier League wins, including a 2-1 victory at Chelsea at the weekend. Another win in the capital tonight would take Villa level on points with Arsenal.

Aston Villa team news
Ollie Watkins will expect to come back into the starting side after his heroics at Chelsea. The 29-year-old came off the bench to score both goals in Aston Villa’s comeback win in West London. Watkins had scored just three goals in the Premier League this season before the weekend and will hope his match-winning brace can kickstart a run of goalscoring form.
Villa face two suspensions for the game at Arsenal. Matty Cash and Boubacar Kamara are both banned, which should see Lamine Bogarde and Amadou Onana brought in.
Elsewhere, Evan Guessand is at the Africa Cup of Nations with Ivory Coast, and Ross Barkley, Tyrone Mings and Pau Torres remain out injured.
Aston Villa predicted lineup
Aston Villa predicted XI: Martinez; Bogarde, Konsa, Lindelof, Maatsen; Onana, Tielemans, McGinn; Rogers, Buendia, Watkins.
When will the match kick off?
The fixture will take place at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday 30th December 2025. Kick-off is 20:15 GMT.
