Chelsea are open to selling Malo Gusto this summer if a suitable offer arrives.
The right-back has transfer interest from Manchester City and Inter Milan, with the player’s camp having held talks with both clubs to discuss a potential move.
The former are set to appoint Enzo Maresca as their new head coach, and the Italian is open to a reunion with Gusto at the Etihad.
Maresca’s appointment is due to be finalised imminently, with a compensation package between Chelsea and Manchester City close to being agreed.
City are light of options at right-back, with Matheus Nunes playing the bulk of minutes after converted into a full-back under Pep Guardiola. Rico Lewis is another option for the Cityzens, though has been linked with an exit in search of regular first-team football.
According to Chelsea-focused journalist Simon Phillips, the Blues will sanction his sale if a suitable offer arrives.
Inter are considering right-back signings with Denzel Dumfries departing for Real Madrid. The Italian champions have Atalanta Marco Palestra as their top target, but are exploring the conditions of a deal for Gusto as an alternative.
