Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain lock horns again in the Champions League’s last four tonight.
The first leg delivered one of the greatest Champions League games in modern memory, as two heavyweights went punch-for-punch at the Parc des Princes. Another epic could be on the cards tonight, as the star-studded squads battle it out for a place in the final.
Ahead of their semi-final showdown, we’ve picked our Bayern Munich and PSG Combined XI.
Goalkeeper: Manuel Neuer – Bayern Munich
The German great did not enjoy his best night in the first leg, but he has proven this season that he can still be formidable. An exceptional performance at the Bernabeu helped Bayern beat Real Madrid in the last eight.

Right-back: Achraf Hakimi – Paris Saint-Germain
Even amid a plethora of stars at Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern board member Uli Hoeneß picked Achraf Hakimi as the PSG player he’d most like at the German side.
“Achraf Hakimi. We would take him immediately, because he would fit in well with us”, he told Dazn.
It’s with good reason. The Moroccan is widely considered the best right-back in the game.
Centre-back: Marquinhos – Paris Saint-Germain
Has been through every peak and trough of Paris Saint-Germain’s modern project and continues to lead by example. No player has made more than his 519 appearances for the club, with Marquinhos a 10-time Ligue 1 winner.
Centre-back: Willian Pacho – Paris Saint-Germain
Part of an exciting generation of Ecuadorian talent alongside Piero Hincapie and Moises Caicedo, Pacho has matured into one of Europe’s most dependable defenders in Paris. He ranks in the top 10% of centre-backs for forward passes completed and percentage of defensive duels won.
Left-back: Nuno Mendes – Paris Saint-Germain
The flying full-back is an unmissable presence for PSG with his marauding runs down the left. Mendes last week became the youngest Portuguese player to reach 50 Champions League appearances, beating Cristiano Ronaldo’s record.

Midfield: Joshua Kimmich – Bayern Munich
After last week’s chaotic clash, the midfield may be where this tie was won as both teams look to gain some control. Bayern’s best football flows through Kimmich, who sits in the elite bracket (top 5%) for progressive passes completed and chances created.
Midfield: Vitinha – Paris Saint-Germain
In the opposite corner will be Vitinha, PSG’s very own midfield metronome. His ascent to world-class status was acknowledged with a third-place finish in last year’s Ballon d’Or.
Right-wing: Michael Olise – Bayern Munich
Michael Olise has been unstoppable for much of the current campaign, breaking Bundesliga records in the process. His 33 direct goal involvements in this Bundesliga season (14G 19A) have equalled the record for a winger since the data was first collected in 2004/05.
Left-wing: Luis Diaz – Bayern Munich
Perhaps the most difficult decision on the team sheet. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has lit up the Champions League this season, including two first-leg goals, but Luis Diaz earns the nod.
The Colombian’s endless endeavour and threat have fit Bayern Munich like a glove, with Diaz forming part of the most dangerous frontline in world football.

Forward: Ousmane Dembele – Paris Saint-Germain
The Ballon d’Or holder can not be excluded, even if injuries have impacted his season. Dembele, when fit, has been as decisive as ever. He’s averaged a goal or assist every 72 minutes in Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season.
Forward: Harry Kane – Bayern Munich
The man who may replace Dembele as holder of the Golden Ball? Kane’s case for the Ballon d’Or is a strong one. The England captain has scored 54 goals in 47 games this season, the best return of his career. Winning this competition would make him the red-hot favourite.
Harry Kane makes history as he becomes the first English player to score in SIX straight Champions League matches 🔥
