Barcelona head to Pamplona this Saturday to take on Osasuna in their next La Liga fixture.
Hansi Flick’s side currently sits comfortably at the top of the La Liga table, holding an 11-point lead over second-placed Real Madrid and closing in on the title.
Barcelona have been in excellent form, winning their last nine league matches, including a 2-0 victory over Getafe. They have also kept clean sheets in their last two domestic games.
Their only recent setbacks have come in cup competitions, a Champions League quarter-final loss to Atletico Madrid.
Barcelona team news
There is a boost for Barcelona with captain Raphinha and young midfielder Marc Bernal returning from hamstring and ankle injuries. However, Jules Koundé will miss the match due to suspension.
Youngsters Toni Fernandes and Jofre Torrents also remain out of contention.
Lamine Yamal has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, while Andreas Christensen has resumed training but is not yet ready to be included in the squad.
Flick may choose to rest Robert Lewandowski as he looks to manage the striker’s workload. At the same time, discipline will be key, as Raphinha, Bernal, and Frenkie de Jong are all one booking away from missing the upcoming El Clásico.
Barcelona predicted lineup
Possible Barcelona starting XI: J Garcia; E Garcia, Cubarsi, Martin, Cancelo; Gavi, Pedri; Bardghji, Olmo, Fermin; Torres
