Luis Enrique has said that Ousmane Dembele is still a doubt after the winger picked up a calf issue during the first leg at the Stade Louis II and had to be substituted in the first half.
In midfield, Fabian Ruiz remains out with a knee injury, and Senny Mayulu is sidelined by a calf problem.
Young midfielder Quentin Ndjantou is also unavailable as he continues his recovery following recent thigh surgery and is expected to be missing for a few more weeks.
Nuno Mendes, Joao Neves, Marquinhos, Willian Pacho and Vitinha are all in line to return to the starting XI after being rested for the comfortable 3-0 league win over Metz at the weekend.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a candidate to replace Bradley Barcola on the left flank, while Goncalo Ramos is an option to start as the central striker.
