PSG meet Monaco at Stade Louis II this Saturday in a pivotal Ligue 1 clash, as the champions aim to strengthen their lead at the top of the table.

Ousmane Dembele has made his return to training following almost a month’s absence due to injury. He recently appeared as a substitute during PSG’s thrilling 5-3 Champions League win over Tottenham Hotspur.

Achraf Hakimi remains out injured. The Morrocan recently earned the distinction of African Footballer of the Year, the first defender to receive this award in over five decades. Meanwhile, Desire Doue is sidelined, and Nuno Mendes’s status for the match is still uncertain.

This season, Vitinha has been exceptional for PSG, netting three goals in the high-scoring win against Tottenham and contributing a total of 13 goal involvements (five goals and eight assists).

In PSG’s commanding 3-0 league victory against Le Havre last weekend, goals from Bradley Barcola, Kang-In Lee, and João Neves highlighted the attacking depth within the squad.

In disciplinary news, Lucas Hernandez was shown a straight red card in injury time during the Tottenham game for an elbowing incident involving Xavi Simons. As a result, he faces a three-match suspension in the Champions League but remains eligible for Ligue 1 fixtures, including this weekend’s encounter.
