Xavi Simons will not consider approaches from other clubs with the RB Leipzig midfielder set on a move to Chelsea.
Chelsea have been negotiating a deal with Leipzig to sign the Netherlands international for a fee in the region of £60m.
Simons is keen to leave Leipzig for the Premier League after the German side missed out on European football last season.
The 22-year-old wants to join Chelsea and Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Simons will snub rival approaches in favour of Stamford Bridge.
Bayern Munich are long-term admirers of the player and in the market for attacking additions, while Manchester City have been named as a potential destination amid Savinho’s uncertain future.
However, Simons is giving full priority with Chelsea, who are waiting to offload Christopher Nkunku before accelerating a deal.
Nkunku is exploring his options after two disappointing seasons in West London with both Leipzig and Bayern Munich among his suitors. Leipzig had enquired about re-signing their former forward on loan, but both Chelsea and Nkunku prefer a permanent exit.
