Napoli will insert a clause into the sale of Victor Osimhen to Galatasaray preventing the forward returning to Serie A.
Negotiations are ongoing between Napoli and Galatasaray over the transfer of Osimhen, who spent last season on loan at the Turkish champions.

Talks are at the ‘final stages’ according to Fabrizio Romano, with Galatasaray set to meet the player’s €75m release clause in two instalments. An initial €40m will be paid upfront, with a further €35m due before the end of 2026.
Napoli have also demanded a clause that prevents Galatasaray from selling Osimhen to an Italian club for a two-year period.
Juventus had expressed interest in signing the Nigerian this summer and Napoli want to avoid the risk of the forward returning to Serie A with a divisional rival.
The final discussions centre around the guaranteed payments and a sell-on clause. Osimhen is keen to return to Istanbul after a record-breaking season in Turkey last season.
He scored 39 goals in 41 games for Galatasaray to fire the side to a domestic double. That prolific campaign set a new record for the highest-scoring season in Turkey by an overseas player.
