It was confirmed yesterday that Marouane Fellaini had completed his transfer to Chinese Super League club Shandong Luneng from Manchester United.
Fellaini joined the Red Devils in 2013, and although it was widely accepted that the big Belgian battering ram didn’t quite fit the profile of what you would expect a ‘Manchester United player’ to be, he did score a host of important goals – three in semi-finals – and won four major trophies during his spell at Old Trafford.
While Fellaini was always a divisive figure among United fans he was very much appreciated by his teammates, with three of his former clubs biggest stars paying tribute to him after his departure became official.
It seems £89 million midfielder Paul Pogba counts Fellaini as one of his best mates in Football.

While many have been quick to point out that Fellaini didn’t actually thank United fans in his own farewell message, Marcus Rashford and David De Gea have been quick to wish their former teammate all the best.
I'll miss you bro!!! All the best ???????????????????????????????? https://t.co/WLFKEciCCv
