Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Leeds United winger Jack Clarke in the summer following his breakout season.
The teenager made his debut for the Championship side in October, and has been a regular in the team ever since, making 16 appearances and scoring two goals.
That form has caught the attention of a number of Premier League teams, including Arsenal, Spurs, Man City and Man United, according to a report in the Mirror.
Liverpool are the latest club to signal their interest in the youngster, sending scouts to keep tabs on his recent progress; the positive feedback means Jurgen Klopp could be convinced to table a bid in the summer transfer window.
Clarke collapsed on the bench during Saturday’s game against Middlesbrough after coming off in the 82nd minute, which required the intervention of paramedics.
The 18-year-old was taken to hospital before being released back to Leeds in good health.
Big thanks to @Boro medical team and a special mention to @LUFC Rob Price for today! Jack has left the hospital now happy and smiling. Hopefully back on the pitch very soon.
