Chelsea and Liverpool are among the Premier League clubs interested in signing RB Leipzig teenager Yan Diomande.
Diomande has emerged as one of the most coveted talents in Europe after a super start to the season in Germany.
The 19-year-old scored a second-half hat-trick as Leipzig thrashed Eintracht Frankfurt 6-0 in the Bundesliga last weekend, in a performance that increased the attention around him.
The teenager has scored six goals in nine league starts for Leipzig this season, and leads the Bundesliga for successful take-ons. He also ranks second for progressive carries and carries into the penalty area.
Premier League clubs are watching him closely andSpanish outlet Fichajes claim Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City are all ready to battle for his services.
Liverpool could enter the January market for a winger amid Mohamed Salah’s uncertain future and have also been credited with interest in Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo.
🇨🇮 Just catching up on RB Leipzig’s game tonight and oh my Yan Diomande is a special player.
I actually think he’s one of those players you break all your recruitment models for.
Yes, the same size is small. But he’s a generational talent.

Leipzig do not want to sell Diomande, who has been included in the Ivory Coast squad for this month’s Africa Cup of Nations. However, the German outfit are aware of the significant interest in his services and could entertain offers in excess of €80m (£69.8m).
