Jose Mourinho will face off against former side yet again as Real Madrid and Benfica were paired together in the UEFA Champions League play-off draw.
The Portuguese giants pulled off a massive upset on the final day of the league phase when goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin scored with the last action of the game to send them through to the knockout stage.
Mourinho could have faced another one of his old clubs, but Inter Milan were instead drawn with Bodo/Glimt.
Elsewhere, the only Premier League team in the play-off round, Newcastle United, will take on Qarabag for a place in the last-16.
There will also be an all-French affair for the second year in a row as AS Monaco were paired with PSG, while Borussia Dortmund will face Atalanta, Galatasaray play Juventus, Club Brugge clash with Atletico Madrid, and Olympiacos come up against Bayer Leverkusen.
The play-offs will take place over two legs on 17/18 and 24/25 February, while the round of 16 will take place on 10/11 and 17/18 March.
