“They’re not at peak condition. Pulisic is recovering from a flexor problem, Leao is having adductor pain, but if things don’t get worse, they’ll be the starters in tomorrow’s match.”
Recent arrival Niclas Füllkrug impressed in his substitute appearance versus Cagliari, earning Allegri’s approval: “He entered the game very well. Tonight, he was very useful with his headers and in protecting the ball.” The West Ham loanee might see more minutes amid Milan’s packed calendar.
Luka Modric continues to shine post his summer switch from Real Madrid, with Allegri commending the veteran’s dedication: “What stands out is the passion he has for his work and, above all, the humility with which he shows up at training.
