Sunderland target former Everton striker

Sunderland manager David Moyes has a habit of signing his former players and he could be about to do the same again this summer as he targets a former Everton player.

The former Everton boss will make a move for Norwich City striker Steven Naismith this summer as he looks to add more attacking power to his Sunderland side.

Moyes was the man to bring Naismith south of the border following the troubles suffered by Scottish club Rangers.

The 29-year old scored 18 goals in 103 games for the Blues, but despite committing his future to Norwich City and their bid for promotion, the chance to reunite with Moyes could change his mind.

It is thought that Sunderland will make an £8million more for the Scotland international.
