Chelsea star urged to join PSG

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has been urged to join Paris Saint Germain.

Courtois has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge during a number of recent transfer windows, with Real Madrid interested in signing him as an alternative to Man Utd stopper David de Gea.

However, the Belgian goalkeeper would be welcomed at big spending French club Paris Saint Germain according to his international team mate Thomas Meunier.

Speaking to Le Parisien, Meunier said:

“He’s very strong, Courtois. He wouldn’t be bad at PSG.

“We’ve already got two good goalkeepers but Thibaut also has the profile, I think.

“He’s very big – nearly two metres tall.”

Courtois has made 94 appearances for Chelsea since making his debut in 2014.
