Manchester City’s Yaya Toure could be on his way out of the Etihad stadium this summer, and reports this morning in The Telegraph suggest he could be handed a huge pay day if he moves to China.
Yaya Toure’s potential departure from Manchester City has been on the cards for a couple of seasons already, but with Pep Guardiola’s imminent arrival at the Etihad Stadium, Toure’s time could be up soon.
Guardiola has already cashed in on Toure once, back in 2010 when he sold Toure to Manchester City from his former club, Barcelona.
The Telegraph claim that at least three clubs have already expressed an interest in signing Toure, with one club discussing the prospect of offering Toure £30million-a-year, which works out at a staggering £575,000-a-week, AFTER tax.
Jiangsu Suning are thought to be the club to have offered this deal to Toure. The club have already signed former Chelsea player Ramires, whilst reports claim they are also interested in Radamel Falcao and Alex Teixeira.
