West Ham United striker Enner Valencia is the target of interest from Italian club Lazio.
The Serie A side are looking to sign the Eduador striker on a season long loan, before making the transfer a permanent one for a fee of around £10million.
However, West Ham would prefer to send the striker out permanently, and recoup more money in the process. The Hammers want closer to the £12million they spent on the Ecuador forward back in 2014.
West Ham would like to also have a replacement in place before they agree on any deals, as Sunderland have shown in interest in Valencias strike partner Diafra Sakho.
They have been linked with a move for former Manchester United and Arsenal forward Robin van Persie who is currently unhappy at Turkish club Fenerbahce.
They were however unsuccessful in bids to bring Alexandre Lacazette and Michy Batshuayi to the club from Ligue 1 clubs Lyon and Marseille, the latter of which decided to join Chelsea instead.
