Newly promoted Hull City to make £10million move for Spurs midfielder

Hull City are set to make a move for yet another Tottenham Hotspur midfielder as they prepare a £10million bid for Ryan Mason.

Mason was a key part of Mauricio Pochettino’s squad during the Argentines first season at the club, but was replaced in the squad last season after the former England Under 21 player suffered a serious injury.

Mousa Dembele and Dele Alli secured their place in the Spurs midfield last season, and will be joined next season by the £11million addition of Victor Wanyama, who joined Tottenham from Southampton earlier this week.

This means that Mason could be pushed further to the fringes of the Spurs squad, with Hull City ready to make a £10million for the midfielder.

Hull made two previous raids on Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder during their last stint in the Premier League, taking Tom Huddlestone and Jake Livermore northbound to the KCOM stadium.
