Mourinho reveals his future is away from Manchester United

Jose Mourinho has revealed that he does not expect to finish his managerial career at Manchester United.

The Portuguese had a relatively successful debut campaign at Old Trafford, winning the Europa League and League Cup in his first season at Old Trafford.

So far this season, the Red Devil’s are unbeaten, currently sitting second in the Premier League behind their rivals Manchester City.

However, despite the good start to the season, and reports of a new five year deal being offered by United, Mourinho has suggested he is already looking towards his next challenge.

”I’m still a coach with worries, with ambitions, and with the desire to do new things”

The former Chelsea boss told TF1’s Telefoot:

”I don’t believe, no, I’m sure that I won’t end my career here.”

Asked if that meant at Manchester United, Mourinho said: “Yes.”

Mourinho isn’t known for having long spells at one club, with Manchester United being his sixth job in management, which included two spells at Chelsea.
