Manchester United prepared to pay £30million plus add-ons for Brazilian

Manchester United fans around the world are expecting a big January transfer window, with Louis van Gaal hoping to add new faces to the squad in order to boost his chances at silverware. One man linked with a move to Manchester recently is Felipe Anderson, and the latest reports suggest United are prepared to go big on the Brazilian.

The Daily Star on Sunday say that United are preparing to drop a huge £30million plus add-ons to land Anderson, who currently plays his football for SS Lazio in the Serie A.

Anderson has emerged as one of the best starlets in the game at the moment, and has already amassed a few caps for his native Brazil to show just how highly he is regarded in his homeland too.

At the end of the day, its a huge gamble, similarly to that of Memphis Depay and that isn’t going great at the moment. However United simply need to buy if they want to have a shot at the title this year, even making the top four could prove to be a challenge.
