Manchester United are keeping an eye on Borussia Dortmund starlet Christian Pulisic according to reports.
The United States international is one of the hottest properties in the Bundesliga, and has attracted attention from some of Europe’s biggest clubs, including Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and Man Utd’s rivals Liverpool.
Now, according to the Daily Mail, Jose Mourinho is keeping an eye on the winger, after identifying the right wing as one of the weak points in his squad. He has also looked at Bordeaux wide man Malcom, as well as sounding out Chelsea about Brazilian winger, Willian.
United could use out of favour playmaker, and former Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan as a way to tempt the Bundesliga club into a sale. Mkhitaryan has been left out of eight of the last 10 match day squads following a bust up with Jose Mourinho.
Dortmund are thought to be interested in re-signing the Armenian, just like they re-signed Shinji Kagawa from United after he also failed to make a significant impact at Old Trafford.
Pulisic was named USA’s Player of the Year last week, the youngest player to ever win it, and recently scored the decisive goal in a 2-1 win for Dortmund against Hoffenheim.
