Manchester United hero looking for move to MLS after contract termination

A couple of summers ago, Manchester United let Nemanja Vidic leave Old Trafford, after David Moyes clearly sucked all the life out of the Serbian warrior. Now, Inter Milan have terminated the 34-year old’s contract at the San Siro, as his career goes from bad to worse.

Now, according to the Daily Mail, Vidic is now seeking a move to America to play in the MLS. The American season starts in March so he’ll have to act quick, with only six weeks for clubs to make their move.

At the end of the day, Vidic was one of the best defenders the Premier League has ever seen, but since he suffered that horrific cruciate ligament injury he hasn’t been the same player. It would be a gamble for an MLS side to bring him on on fairly hefty wages, but hopefully he finds a club and can get back to enjoying football again.
