Mahrez to leave Leicester amid Arsenal and Spurs interest?

Riyad Mahrez wants to leave Leicester City this summer and expects the club to honour an agreement that they made with him last summer.

A report in the Telegraph describes how the 2015/16 PFA Player of the Year expects Leicester City to listen to offers for him after he kept up his end of the deal.

Mahrez had multiple offerS from around Europe last summer, including reported interest from Barcelona, to stay with the Premier League Champions for one more season ahead of their debut Champions League campaign.

The Algerian international believes that he has kept up his end of the deal, and now the soon to be de-throned Champions must do the same.

He wants the club to allow him a big money move, something which has apparently alerted Premier League big guns Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

Both clubs are looking to add new wide players to their squad, with Spurs having been heavily linked with Wilfred Zaha. Barcelona are also believed to be interested, as well as Ligue 1 club Marseille.

Mahrez still has three years remaining on the new deal he signed last summer, which apparently does not contain a release clause, meaning that Leicester can effectively name their price, and after keeping his end of the deal, Mahrez believes his current employers should do the same.

Where should Mahrez go? Which club would he be best suited? How much is he worth? Leave us a comment below.
