Liverpool blow as transfer target admits he is a ‘big fan’ of Man Utd

Manchester United’s have been given a boost in their hopes of landing Liverpool target Christian Pulisic, after he admitted that he grew up supporting United.

The 19-year-old has reportedly attracted interest from Premier League duo and huge rivals, Liverpool and Man Utd, but Liverpool’s hopes of landing the midfielder could have just been dealt a blow.

The Borussia Dortmund Star has admitted that he grew up as a ‘big fan’ of Manchester United.

He said:

“Yeah, I was. I was definitely a big fan.

“Of course, right now I am under contract with Dortmund and I’m not looking around or doing anything like that so I’m very focused there. But, yeah, it’s cool to hear all this stuff!

Speaking about a potential move to the English top flight, the American admitted that it is a possibility.

“Of course, the Premier League is an unbelievable league.

“You never know in football what can happen, so right now, I’m focused with Dortmund, and yeah, that’s that.”
