Everton striker linked with departure THIS WEEK.

Everton striker Oumar Niasse may still leave the club this week despite most of Europes transfer windows now being closed.

Reports in Turkish publication Fanatik claim that Niasse is a target for Fenerbahce after the striker failed in completing a deadline Day move to Crystal Palace last week following administrative issues.

However, with the Turkish transfer window still open until Friday, it is claimed that Ronald Koeman may still be able to offload the striker.

It is claimed Fenerbahce will make a £1.8m loan move for the striker before this week’s deadline as they look to strengthen their attacking options.

Niasse spent the second half of last season on loan at Hull City, scoring four goals in 14 appearances, but was unable to prevent the Tigers eventual relegation to the Championship.

He has only made seven appearances for the Toffees, failing to score a single goal since his £13.5m move from Lokomotiv Moscow 18 months ago.
