DONE DEAL: Sunderland sign Senegalese striker

Sunderland have completed the loan signing of Senegalese striker Dame N’Doye from Turkish side, Trabzonspor.

The 30 year old striker joins up with Sam Allardyce’s squad after weeks of speculation, as he tries to guide Sunderland clear of the Premier League relegation zone. N’Doye is no stranger to the Premier League, following a similar loan spell at Hull City in the 2014/15 season, where he scored 5 goals in 15 appearances.

Speaking after the strikers arrival, Sam Allardyce’s said;

Dame will bring something different to our forward options.

Having already played in the Premier League he should have no problems in hitting the ground running too, which is very important at this stage of the season.

N’Doye will wear the number 10 shirt at the stadium of light, but due to him having obtain a visa, the striker will not be available for the weekends match against Tottenham
